- Our $4.99 shipping offer is for standard US ground delivery, exclusive of AK/HI addresses. If overnight/air, APO or International shipping is needed to get your cards to you on time, we will notify you by email regarding any extra cost.
- Only paid rush orders will have guaranteed delivery times. Delivery times noted for standard production orders are typical time frames, but only paid rush orders qualify for guaranteed delivery dates.
- On some items, certain finishes may delay your order depending on current production runs. We will try to accommodate your choice of glossy or matte finish, but if there are time constraints, we will use whatever finish option is available to get your cards to you on time. By placing an order with us you are giving consent to this policy.
- Turnaround times are based on Monday-Friday work days and exclude weekends and holidays. Due to factory cut off times, orders received after 9:00AM EST will be entered into the following day's production run.
- If you have a true rush order, please specify the latest date/time that you can receive the cards and be sure to email us immediately after placing your order to confirm availability.
